bad food service

I usually don't like to complain about the restaurant business or the people who are in it.  because i am in it. well today i just had a very unsatisfying experience at bill gray's on 869 east ridge road in rochester.  going in i was very excited because i had been told that they had the best vegetarian burgers around. so i decided to give them a try. the cashier/ order taker stood talking to his dad and when it was our turn to order he just walked away without saying a word.  3 or 4 minutes later a very unhappy woman came out to take our order. after we sat for about 10 minutes we were paged that our food was ready.  my companion went up to the counter and was told by yet another miserable worker.  "here's your food" and the tray was shoved at him.  i really hate to say anything bad because this is a hard industry to be in. but when every person you encounter is unhappy/ unpleasant it just does not bode for a good meal.  i give the visit 1 star out of 4 and would be hard pressed to ever return.
